COMBINED IUU VESSEL LIST

Vessel was originally Panama flagged but reflagged to South Korea in 1994. Dongwon Industries Co Ltd have held ownership of this South Korea flagged vessel since 1994.This vessel was included in the ICCAT IUU list on 26 November 2006 for fishing in the Mediterranean during the closed season. Evidence of IUU fishing in the Mediterranean is scarce but includes very low-resolution images of what is deemed as potentially this vessel. Vessel was delisted in 2010. Vessel held authorisation to operate in the IOTC convention area throughout its IUU listing period with ICCAT and currently holds IATTC and WCPFC authorisation to fish tuna and tuna-like species as well as tranship in the convention areas.
