COMBINED IUU VESSEL LIST

This vessel was originally Panama flagged and owned. During its time with a Panama flag the vessel used four different names. This vessel transferred flag to Belize and name to TOTO in 1993. Ownership of the vessel since 1993 is unclear. Sources show Shark Investments AVV (Aruba), Clan Line (Belize) and Burung Laut Panama all held ownership or operator responsibilities from 1993-2008. This vessel was added to the CCAMLR IUU list on 2 November 2007. This vessel became Nigeria flagged alongside being owned and operated by Nigerian company Port Plus Ltd and renamed GOOD HOPE in September 2008. Positional data shows this vessel operating in the Nigeria EEZ throughout 2019 and 2020. IOTC highlights Sharks Investments AVV (Port Plus Ltd) as the operator of this vessel in their 2020 IUU vessels list.
