This vessel was included in the IOTC IUU list on 3 June 2005 whilst using the name TS EXCELLENCE, under ownership of Siam Deep Sea Fishing Co Ltd and flagged to Comoros. During IUU status, this vessel used the names TS EXCELLENCE, PROSPEROUS and SUCCESS 1 as well as Thailand, Equatorial Guinea and Comoros flags. Vessel was delisted on 26 May 2006. Liberia announced a compensation agreement in the amount of $150,000 to be paid by this vessel, then named CAP COZ and flagged to Belize, and each of its partner vessels, CAP FINISTERE and CAP VERGA, to Liberia for licenses sold to PIONEER FOOD FACTORY Ltd owned vessels in 2011. This vessel holds an IOTC authorisation valid until 2024 and has also held numerous West African coastal state licenses from countries such as Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea and Cote d’Ivoire between 2016 and 2021. This vessel is known to operate in the Gulf of Guinea using the name SANT YAGO TRES and Guatemala flag since 2014.
