This vessel was originally named HAI MIN No. 6 and Taiwan flagged. The vessel held a Georgia flag from 1980-2004. A Taiwanese company, Space Energy Enterprises Co Ltd, gained ownership of the vessel in 2003. In 2004 the vessel transferred to an unknown flag and renamed to NEPTUNE. This vessel was added to the WCPFC IUU list on 10 December 2010 for fishing in the WCPFC Convention Area without authorisation. At the time of listing, this vessel held a Georgia flag. Sources show this vessels Georgia flag was revoked on 8 December 2015. Vessel ownership is currently unknown.
