On 11 December 2014 a British Indian Ocean Territory patrol vessel inspected this vessel and found reef fish in the vessels hold alongside illegal fishing gear. The vessel was subsequently detained. Whilst being escorted to port this vessel altered course without permission for the high seas, evading detainment. This vessel was added to the IOTC and ICCAT IUU lists in 2017 and delisted in 2019.
