This vessels history is unclear. Flagged to Honduras 1992-2001, sources suggest vessel flag transferred to Taiwan in 2001 and Colombia in 2005. This vessel was boarded for illegal fishing in the Colombian EEZ and taken to Cartagena in 2005. Six illegal workers were found on board the vessel. Sources indicate this vessel may have been used as a narco-trafficking vessel for a period of 2005 near Colombia. This vessel was included in the ICCAT IUU list on 20 November 2005 and delisted 26 November 2006. This vessel was one of many referenced by ICCAT as having been involved in illegal transhipment with IUU vessel NEW BAI I 168 in the ICCAT Convention Area in 2015. Vessel has held ICCAT authorisation from 2018 to 2021.
