This vessel was originally named KORBEE NO. 1 and flagged to Panama. In 1993 the vessel changed names to TROPAC NO. 1 and FU LIEN NO. 1 in 2001. Between the period of 2001 and 2008 the vessel held Cambodia, Georgia and Cook Island flags with an unknown flag between 2008 and 2010. On 10 December 2010, this vessel was added to the WCPFC IUU list for being without nationality and harvesting species covered by the WCPF Convention in the Convention Area. The vessel was owned by Fu Lien Fishery Co Ltd based in Georgia and may have had a Georgia flag at the time of IUU listing. Georgia confirmed to WCPFC this vessel’s Georgia flag was revoked on 8 December 2015. Current vessel ownership and flag registry is unknown.
