COMBINED IUU VESSEL LIST

Before IUU listing, this vessel previously held France (1996-2002), Micronesia (2002-2005) and Panama (2005-2007) flags. This vessel was included in the WCPFC IUU list from 7 December 2007 to 12 December 2008 under the name ATHENA F, Venezuela flag and Agricola la Providencia CA operator and ownership. Vessel held these details throughout IUU listing until 2010 when Panamanian company, Advance Solution Services Ltd, gained ownership. During this ownership period, this vessel held Cook Islands (2010-2011), Belize (2011-2012), Nicaragua (2012-2014), Guatemala (2015-2015) and Ecuador (2015-current) flags as well as the name TOANUI and its current name VICENTE. Vessel was photographed off the coast of Manta, Ecuador on 28 November 2015. Ownership transferred to Ecuador based Productora Nacional Atunera Ecuatoriana Proatuna SA in 2017. This vessel has held IATTC authorisation since 2017.
