This vessel landed fish in Phuket, Thailand in 2013 and was suspected of having carried out fishing activities in the IOTC Convention Area without authorisation. This vessel claimed registry to Taiwan however correspondence between Taiwan and INTERPOL shows this vessel has never been registered to Taiwan and was operating stateless. This vessel was added to the IOTC IUU list in May 2015.
