AIS data shows this vessel operating in the Atlantic Ocean throughout 2020, along the Brazil EEZ and Caribbean, with possible operations within the Brazil EEZ on 20 January 2020. This vessel was removed from the Saint Vincent and Grenadines registry in 2018 and may have been operating stateless until registry in Oman in 2021. Dakar port information shows this vessel called into Dakar port late 2020 with fish onboard. This vessel transited with RICOS NO. 6 and MARCO NO. 21 away from the ICCAT area after a EJF alert release on this fleet in October 2020. These vessels later appeared in Port Louis, Mauritius under new names ISRAR 1, 2 and 3 on 16 December 2020. This vessel was included in the ICCAT IUU list on the 24 November 2021 for harvesting tuna or tuna like species within the Convention Area without authorisation. Vessel was named ISRAR 3, Oman flagged and owned by Oman based Almuran International LLC at the time of IUU listing. ISRAR 3 was cross listed to IOTC, SIOFA and CCSBT IUU lists in early 2022. IOTC circular 2022-41 dated 20220714 shows the Oman Ministry of Agriculture withdrew all fishing license and registration of ISRAR 1, ISRAR 2 and ISRAR 3.
