COMBINED IUU VESSEL LIST

This vessel was originally South Korea flagged and owned. This vessel held a Sierra Leone flag for a short period in 1996 until transferring to a Belize flag until 2000. The vessel changed flag to Uruguay alongside gaining a Uruguay owner, Muner SA, in November 2000. The vessel was sold to an undisclosed interest towards the close of 2002 and transferred flag to Togo whilst named KETA. This vessel was added to the CCAMLR IUU vessel list on 5 November 2004 shortly after renaming to JULIUS and transferring to a St. Kitts and Nevis flag. Vessel ownership altered close to the time of IUU listing to Meteoro Shipping Inc who held this position until 2008. The vessel renamed to HEAVY SEA in 2008 under the Panama flag and a Panama owner, Barroso Fish SA.
