COMBINED IUU VESSEL LIST

This vessel was originally flagged to Belize, named YU LONG 125 and owned/operated by Pesca Tuna SA. Vessel was included in the IATTC IUU list on 26 December 2005 and delisted on 30 June 2006 Owner and operator transferred to Wang Ming Fa and Transportes El Pescador, S.A. for 7 months in 2014. Vessel reflagged to Thailand and was sold to Shealth Services (Thailand) Co Ltd in December 2014. Vessel held IOTC licenses from May 2014 to January 2016 and a Coastal State license from Mauritius from November 2015 to January 2016. Evidence shows this vessel fishing outside Thailand territorial waters without authorisation in 2018. Thai authorities fined Shealth Service (Thailand) Co, Ltd 65,231,500 THB and imprisoned 2 staff members for 6 months and 27 months.
