officers on 22 February 2022 whilst operating in BIOT waters. The vessel was given a verbal warning and escorted out of BIOT waters. BIOT patrol officers observed this vessel operating within BIOT waters again on 02 March 2023. After boarding, inspection and questioning, BIOT officers found that this vessel was operating in an MPA for over 12 days without a license, with prohibited gear and without IOTC authorisation or a logbook or VMS. IOTC regulated species were found in the vessels hold. This vessel was IOTC IUU listed on 23 May 2024 whilst named GODS GIFT, flagged to India, holding the national registration number INDTN15MM8696 and owned by Darvin S/O Deniston.
