Vessel landed fish in Phuket, Thailand in 2013. Vessel detained in Phuket in late 2016 after calling in for repairs, claiming a Bolivian flag. Crew claimed that the vessel had caught yellowfin tuna in the IOTC area and transhipped catch at sea. Vessel reported to have been prosecuted by Thailand for offences related to falsification of documents, provision of fraudulent reports to authorities, employing crew without permits and human trafficking.
