This vessel was originally Panama flagged and under ownership of FK Overseas Co Ltd. In January 1991, this vessel transferred flag to the Philippines and in 1997 reflagged to Panama alongside an ownership transfer to Glory Endeavour SA. This vessel was included in the CCAMLR IUU list on 3 November 2006 due to evidence of undocumented transhipment and later delisted on 7 November 2008. This vessel held Panama flag, name SEED LEAF and owner Sandnes Dampskibs AS at time of IUU listing. Vessel ownership transferred to Eastern Reefer AS in 2007 alongside a flag transfer to the Marshall Islands. This vessel renamed to FONG KUO NO. 819, reflagged to Panama and transferred owner/operator to FK Overseas Corp in July 2010. The WCPFC have issued 7 licenses to this vessel since 25 June 2014 including support fishing vessel authorisation, authorisation to tranship and authorisation to operate with tuna and tuna like species. One of these licenses expires in 2023. This vessel was last seen anchored at the port of Bangkok, Thailand on 18 February 2021.
