This vessel held a Panama flag from November 1990 to October 1997, changed name more than once (MEILLA NO.103 and LA PAZ NO.103) and transferred ownership to Advanced Construction System Inc. In 1997, this vessel was flagged to South Korea, changed ownership to Dongwon Industries Co Ltd and changed its name to DONG WON NO.629. This vessel was added to the IUU list in 2006 due to ICCAT reports of vessel fishing during the closed season in the Mediterranean.
