COMBINED IUU VESSEL LIST

This vessel was flagged to Belize, owned by Wang Hungcheng and named YU LONG from 2002-2014. Vessel was included in the IATTC IUU list on 26 December 2005 and delisted on 30 June 2006. Vessel reflagged to Thailand and was sold to Shealth Services (Thailand) Co Ltd in December 2014. Vessel held IOTC licenses from 2014 to 2016 and a Mauritius Coastal State license from November 2015 to January 2016. Evidence shows this vessel fishing outside Thailand territorial waters without authorisation in 2018. Thai authorities fined the vessels owner Shealth Service (Thailand) Co, Ltd 65,231,500 THB and imprisoned 2 staff members for 6 months and 27 months. Sources suggest this vessel’s Thai registration ended in May 2020. Information on vessel’s current flag is unknown.
