This vessel was included in the IOTC IUU list in May 2015 for operating in the IOTC Convention Area without authorisation. Correspondence between the IOTC and the Taiwanese Fisheries Agency shows this vessel landed catch at the port of Phuket, Thailand in 2013 whilst claiming registry in Taiwan. Taiwanese authorities declared this vessel has never been registered under the Taiwanese flag and is operating illegally. Information on ownership and current flag are unknown.
